With "My-Meditation-Tools" youll have a lot of very useful tools for those who practice meditation or other spiritual practices.
Even if one of its main functions is to be a timer, to call it just a "timer" would really be an understatement.
Indeed MMTools is also a tool that will give you precise statistics on your meditations, and it will show you in detail the time, the days when you meditated and much more.

You can choose the theme music from 22 new songs created by the same author of the program, all relaxing and inspiring songs that will alert you when your meditation will come to an end.
The data of all your meditations will then be saved, start times and end time, time spent and also a written note that you can add at the end of your practice.

But thats not all, in fact with MMTools you will have a useful guide for your Pranayama too. You can configure the pranayama according to your needs by setting the time of inhalation, retention and exhalation, so you can focus better on your practice and then get the best results.
Youll have the option of saving the configurations of your favorites Pranayamas and a section in which youll find the statistics of practice for each saved pranayama.

"My Meditation Tools" is also a Indian Mala, infact you will be provided with a Virtual Mala where you can choose to associate a sound to each seed and a different one for every sequence of 12 seeds.
Also with the Mala you will have access to the usage statistics, you will know in fact how many seeds, sequences of 12 and sequences of 108 seeds you used.

There s also a section where you can listen and relax with spiritual music in random sequences.

Finally you will find a very popular section with inspiring thoughts, here youll be given a quote randomly selected from hundreds of inspiring thoughts of Buddha, Chopra, Gandhi, Sivananda, Yogananda, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Sri H. W. L. Poonja (Papaji), Sri Chinmoy and others.
You can also save the thoughts that you like the most in a section of favorites.

If you are serious about the practice of meditation "My Meditation Tools" is the app for you!
